The Chamber’s Culture
Beginning with the first day at work, the Chamber introduces new employees to the Chamber culture that focuses on a fun, friendly, family environment. Employees are empowered to make decisions regarding their job and interactions with members and do what is best for the organization. The management team encourages staff input on improving processes, project planning and growth opportunities for the Chamber.
The Chamber's benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, 401K and a cafeteria benefits plan which includes flexible spending accounts and supplemental insurance.
The Chamber's Work/Family Initiatives program began over five years ago. Our program includes:

- Community service time (8 hours a year to be taken in hourly or daily increments for educational or community service activities)
