Business Expo is the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s annual high-energy, high traffic trade show, attracting about 2,000 attendees and 175 exhibitors in a dynamic business-to-business atmosphere. This signature event of the Metro Chamber is a great opportunity to get new leads and customers and give your brand visibility in the marketplace. It is also an ideal venue to introduce a new product or service, or reacquaint the business community with your company. Marketed to the entire Las Vegas business community, Business Expo is an exhibiting opportunity exclusively available to Metro Chamber members.

Business Expo is a “pop-up” community, utilizing street signs in the exhibit aisles and fun, interactive twists to engage both exhibitors and attendees. Expo exhibitors are encouraged to embrace the pop-up community theme in their booth and promotional efforts.

If you’re a new exhibitor, don’t worry. The Metro Chamber holds a free Exhibitor Workshop and networking opportunity, where you can learn best practices, tips and tricks for having a successful show from our show partner, the Metro Chamber and the Business Expo planning committee.

The workshop is Wednesday, May 18, from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m., with a networking opportunity with your fellow exhibitors immediately following.

Platinum Sponsor- $7,500

Get in the Bag - $250.00

As a “Get in the Bag” Sponsor, you will be included in every Business Expo 2016 bag offered to all attendees at the event. You are able to place a brochure, piece of printed collateral or ONE premium item in every bag.

Please note:

  • Open to only Business Expo exhibitors
  • A minimum of 2,000 premium items/brochures, or your piece of printed collateral must be delivered to the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce office at 575 Symphony Park Ave., Ste. 100 Las Vegas, NV 89106 on or before May 18, 2016.
  • All items must be approved by the Metro Chamber in advance.

Exhibitor Packages

Exhibitor booths all receive the following:

  • Pipe and drape 8’ back panel, 3’ side panels
  • One 6’ white skirted table (two for double booths)
  • Two chairs (four for double booths)
  • ID sign (7” x 44”)
  • One Wastebasket
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Listing on Business Expo website https://www.lvchamber.com/business-expo
  • 20 tickets to give out to prospects, customers and vendors (30 for double booths)

**Premium booths are located in the highest traffic areas of the exhibit hall. There are a limited number of premium booth spaces available.

*Booth prices DO NOT include additional services or products, such as carpeting and electricity, but may be purchased through trade show partner for an additional charge.

Companies must be a member in good standing of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce to exhibit. A $100 processing fee will be applied to cancellations made on or before May 16, 2016; no refunds will be given after this date. No exceptions. Booth payment is due on or before April 15, 2016.

Food & Beverage Sponsorship: In-Kind Food service

Included in the F&B booth package:

  • Temporary food permit from Clark County Health Department and the Chamber will pay all associated fees
  • Hand-washing and sanitation station per Clark County Health Department guideline

  • 20 tickets to give out to prospects, customers and vendors

FOOD & BEVERAGE (F&B) EXHIBITORS/SPONSORS AGREE TO:

  • Guarantee food and/or beverage items to serve approximately 750 attendees
  • F&B move-in and setup is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on June 10
  • Must be ready to serve from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 15
  • Set-up and take-down of exhibit space area are exhibitor’s responsibility
  • Bring menus, brochures, flyers, business cards, coupons etc., to promote your business
  • Complete all forms and documents required by the Health Department
  • Provide service items (plates, napkins, condiments etc.)
  • Provide staffing for exhibit booth throughout the duration of the event
  • Exhibits may not be torn down before 5:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR ALL FOOD & BEVERAGE SPONSORS IS MAY 14.

*Failure to attend will result in a charge of $575 to the company for the full cash value of a booth space. There are no exceptions.

*We recommend bringing décor, table linens, and other accessories that encompass the ambiance and look and feel of your business to give attendees a true “taste” of your restaurant.
