Give your business or a business you know the recognition it deserves! Introduced in 2006, the Small Business Excellence Awards are a great way to promote your business, get free publicity and gain recognition for your company's values, practices and culture.

Nominating a business is easy. You can self-nominate, or nominate  a peer business. To recommend a business for a nomination, click here, or click on a category below to download a nomination form. These nominations give a glimpse of the company to the selection committee. You will not need to provide any financial statements for your nomination.

Nominees are celebrated throughout the process and published on LVChamber.com. The celebration culminates with the Small Business Excellence Awards Luncheon on Thursday, September 20, at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Finalists, then winners, in each of the four categories, are awarded. Recipients of the award receive:

  • Yearlong publicity on LVChamber.com.
  • Congratulatory article in the Chamber's monthly magazine, the Business Voice.
  • Letters from dignitaries at the state and local levels.
  • A special award trophy.

  • Locally based – not affiliated with national organization
