Community College of Southern Nevada (CCSN)
CCSN is one of the biggest and one of the best community colleges in the country. Three campus locations serve over 26,000 students in 17 different fields. Among the top disciplines at CCSN are dental hygiene (#2 in the country), culinary arts (#3 in the country), computing and information technologies, resorts and gaming, nursing and other health professions, automotive technology, air conditioning and criminal justice.

University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)
A university that is growing almost as fast as the city in which it is located is the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The student body now stands at over 20,000, with over 4,000 graduate students. UNLV offers more than 148 undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs in its eight colleges. UNLV is nationally recognized for its hotel management, criminal justice and social work programs. Other programs of note are the university's business, real estate, computer science, arts, recreation, architecture, and construction management disciplines.
