Customer Service Excellence is created and managed by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority to encourage and reward excellence in customer service in all aspects of local business.

Host Locations
Large companies find it advantageous to have the ceremony "in-house." These are referred to as Host Locations and may occur monthly, quarterly, etc. We then adapt our program to fit into their venue and the process reflects the company’s preference.
Volunteers
As referenced above, dedicated volunteers adopt Host Locations and commit to attend and personally congratulate recipients. They share the message of "service excellence" on behalf of LVCVA and the Chamber of Commerce.
Levels of Achievement
During a program year all nominations are tracked and each nominee is invited to attend our annual luncheon at a special price. As the nominations are added throughout the year, the following levels of acheivement can be reached:

Receive Bronze certificate |
| 6-10 compliments |
Receive Silver certificate |
| 11 + compliments |
Receive Gold certificate |
