Leadership North Las Vegas is a game-changing program for emerging executives and leaders in the community. Through ten carefully planned and executed session days, participants are given an up-close “behind the scenes” look at the opportunities and challenges in the Valley. The second half of each session day is uniquely dedicated to developing leadership skills and attributes and maximizing each participant’s leadership potential.

During your class year, you will have a comprehensive examination of different systems, people and topics relevant to the Las Vegas Valley. You will be immersed in the social, political, civic and business systems that drive our economy and the community, and receive the leadership training that enhances your potential both personally and professionally. Even more, participants form lifelong bonds and get connected to one another, as well as to others in the community.

Leadership North Las Vegas begins with a two-day Advance Session, where you will form relationships with your classmates and begin your Leadership North Las Vegas experience. After your Advance session, your class will meet once a month for nine additional months, with each session day dedicated to a different topic that impacts living and working in the Las Vegas Valley.

Because of the close-knit nature of the classes and the depth of the information and leadership training you will receive, please check the below calendar before applying to ensure that you are able to attend all session days. Attendance to all session days is mandatory.
