Leadership Las Vegas was established in 1986 as a division of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. More than 1,000 community leaders have graduated from Leadership Las Vegas, and continue their commitment to the growth, development and prosperity of Las Vegas.

Leadership Las Vegas is an exclusive program accepting only 48 participants representing a diverse cross-section of the community to participate annually.

The program covers topics including an in depth review of the history of Las Vegas, gaming and tourism news, government and politics insights, media and entertainment scene, business outlooks, technology growth, local education infrastructure, growth forecast and real estate, construction trends, health care issues and much more!

The program requires attendance to a series of session days and a unique class retreat, where the incoming participants bond and begin to develop lifelong relationships.

The culmination of the program is its Leadership Graduation Gala ceremony held in June.

The investment in Leadership Las Vegas is only:

  • $2,750 for designated members of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce
  • $3,500 for non-members

The tuition is non-refundable if the selected applicant is terminated from the program for absence or other reasons.

Once selected to participate in the Leadership Las Vegas program, if the non-member participant decides to join the Chamber within six months of completing the program, a $250 credit will be applied toward the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce membership dues.

Scholarships for up to one-half of tuition may be available as well as payment plan options.
