Develop Your Leadership Potential. Expand Your Abilities. Make Your Mark.
The Metro Chamber’s new Leadership Advance program is tailored specifically to emerging leaders and those wanting to enhance their leadership skills, as well as enrich their knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley. Building off of the solid foundation of the Leadership North Las Vegas program, Leadership Advance will focus on encouraging individuals in the Las Vegas community on the path to significant leadership positions to play an active role in developing their leadership abilities and prepare for the challenges of community leadership.
When the Metro Chamber and the North Las Vegas Chamber combined operations in 2012, Leadership North Las Vegas became an exciting addition to the Metro Chamber’s signature programming. The Leadership Advance program reinforces and builds upon the Leadership North Las Vegas program style of blending in-depth community education with practical, hands-on skills and leadership training and expanding its scope to the entire Las Vegas Valley. Each session focuses one a system or topic in the community, with the curriculum now encompassing regional history and gaming; the second half of each session day is dedicated to growing skills that will enhance leadership prowess, improve companies and advance careers. By the end of the program, participants gain extensive experience and insight into their own leadership technique and skills, create deep-rooted relationships with fellow participants and grow in awareness and understanding of challenges and issues within the community.
Tuition for the program is $1,950 for members of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, and $2,450 for non-members. For more information, please contact John Osborn at 702.586.3804 or email@example.com.
