Government Affairs

The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs staff works closely with policy makers to keep the Southern Nevada business community’s interests in the forefront of decision-making discussions on the local, state and federal levels of government.

The goal of this effort is to ensure that Nevada maintains its pro-business environment so the 7,000 members of the Chamber can operate freely and prosperously without the burden of onerous government regulations.

The Chamber works to this end by effectively influencing policy, electing business-friendly policy makers and engaging the business community at the grassroots level.
