Exhibitors

Business Expo is one of the Chamber's most well-attended and popular annual events, and is a great platform for your to promote your products and services. Exhibitor opportunities are open exclusively to members of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in good standing. This gives Chamber members a unique and cost-effective way to:

• Gain visibility for your business
• Grow your business through new relationships with other exhibitors and attendees
• Make new contacts
• Reconnect with existing customers
• Sample from local Chamber member restaurants

What you receive:

Every booth purchase receives the following items:

• 10x10 booth space (a double is a 10x20.)
• One 6ft. table, 2 chairs, small waste basket and an ID sign (a double gets 2 tables & 4 chairs).
• 8ft. back panel and 3ft. side panels in white drape.
• Two exhibitor badges that will be distributed on Tuesday, June 19, on move in day
• Wireless internet provided by World Market Center.
• Complimentary load-in service up to 250lbs. provided by Shepard, additional load-out cartload will be at the cost of the exhibitor for $55. These cartloads need to be preordered with Shepard.
• 20 complimentary tickets. These tickets MUST be requested, and MUST be picked up at the Chamber offices prior to the show.

Exhibitor Workshop

Sign up today to attend the Exhibitor Workshop on Friday, June 1. Click here to register for this important opportunity to learn about exhibiting at a trade show, tips and tricks for a successful exhibiting experience and important information and restrictions from Shepard, Business Expo's show partner. Exhibitors who attend the workshop will receive an extension on the discount deadline!

Some Things to Keep in Mind...

• Booth upgrades, such as carpeting, electricity, and furniture, will be available through the Business Expo show partner at an additional cost. More information will be posted on costs and other add-on amenities and services available to you.
• Make sure to attend the Business Expo Exhibitor Workshop at the Las Vegas Chamber of Commere before the show. The workshop will give you valuable information on exhibiting, including logistics of load-in and load-out, marketing tips and tricks on making the most of your exhibitor experience, and give you an opportunity to connect with your fellow exhibitors.

Important Reminders:

• Selling of products or services is prohibited.
• Petitioning or distribution of political materials is prohibited.
• Your exhibit materials must stay within your purchased booth space. No company may take up aisle space or "spill over" into another booth.
• Sharing of booth space with another company is prohibited.
• Flyers, giveaways, etc. are permitted only within your booth space.
• Attendance at Business Expo is for Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce members, guests and the public.
• Any exhibitor planning to bring any unusual or large items will need to contact Kelly Martinez at 702.641.5822 or kmartinez@lvchamber.com, as this may affect your booth placement and load-in time. Deadline for notification is on or before Friday, May 25, 2012.
• Exhibitors and booth staff are required to wear the Business Expo exhibitor badges that will be provided on June 19, during load-in times.

Load-In & Load-Out Logistics

• Exhibitor load-in will take place on Wednesday, June 19. Specific load-in times will be assigned by booth location in early June. Absolutely no load-in will be permitted on the show day unless you are a Food & Beverage exhibitor.

• Exhibitors may not begin loading out their materials until 5:00 p.m. on June 20, after the conclusion of the show. Please do not dismantle your booth prior to the close of Business Expo, to allow your neighboring exhibitors the maximum time possible with attendees. Load-out for all exhibitors must be completed by 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20.

Attending Business Expo gives you an edge to see the latest in products, services and technology on the market today. Plan ahead and take advantage of these tips for making the most of your Business Expo experience:

Attending Tips:

• Purchase your tickets in advance so you can enter as soon as the exhibit floors open at noon.
• Come prepared – if there are particular businesses you'd like to visit or services for which you are shopping, visit the list of the exhibitors online or consult the program/map and highlight the exhibits you want to attend first.
• Need more than a few minutes of an exhibitor's time? Schedule a follow-up appointment or phone call on the spot. This ensures that you have the one-on-one time your business deserves, and frees up the exhibitor's time to greet other attendees.
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
• Make your interactions firm, friendly and fast – there are a lot of things to see and do at Business Expo!
• Bring plenty of business cards so exhibitors can follow up with you.

If you order your tickets online or by phone, they will be available for pick-up at the Chamber offices, located in the Town Square shopping center at 6671 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Suite 300, after your registration and purchase is complete. If your tickets have not been picked up by Monday, June 18, you will be able to pick them up at the Will Call counter at World Market Center, Building C, at the front reception desk, on the day of the show.
